FARKED.COM is now 16,000km away in Baltimore, Maryland. So yep, it's probably slower so feel free to bitch about that on the message board safe in the knowledge that I couldn't give a rats arse - I have a cable modem. This was done for a few reasons, and here are the benefits:

• FARKED.COM won't go down when our shithouse privatised power supply fails like a certain former Victorian premier.
• My 'net connection won't slow down heaps when the scores of fans flock to my site.
• FARKED.COM won't mysteriously disappear when Optus notices how much I was "bending" their acceptable use policy.
• It's no longer in Australia, therefore not subject to the ABA's content regulations. This translate to us being allowed to post extremely offensive porn.
